The new development is on the mountain across the valley from us (we'd be to the right) and just below the butt-end of Mont Picacho, the rock formation that reminds us of our old cat, Inga. This picture shows Mont Picacho from the east, the cat profile nowhere to be seen. (The red and yellow-topped stakes are lot boundaries.)
