This is a French drain, well, at least the end of installation of a
French drain. There's a large, sliced and diced pvc pipe buried
here in gravel, then a sheet of landscape fabric, and tubes
coming up to the surface, which will eventually be covered with
more gravel. They work great to get all that water out of the yard.
