Nicaragua is working on going green, energy-wise. They've installed nineteen wind turbines along the shore of Lake Nicaragua—where the wind blows nearly constantly—and, with help from Japan, recently fired-up a large solar park. We actually drove by on inauguration day; guys were polishing the panels with long-handled swabs.
