Well, well, look who we have here: Chino. More than any of the other adoptees, Chino wants to be part of our family; and of all those kitties, he is the one I'd most like to let inside, too. But, Roxie and Tipper take precedence, so as long as they aren't amenable, Chino is an outdoor cat.
