From Picacho, the ladies traveled to El Valle by the recently completed Altos road that turns an hour and a half journey into 20 minutes, if you don't rubberneck too much. Along the road you'll find this "castle" under construction. It's owned by the developer of Altos del Maria, Sr. Melo.
