I think this was a birthday luncheon for Suzanne at Manolo Caracol Tapas Restaurante in Panamá City. You might remember that, on the other trip to Pedasi, TC and Connie met Manolo, the chef/owner of the restaurant. It is now TC's favorite spot in the city.
