Just like Andrea's last visit, this one coincided with Carnival. Although nothing like the craziness that takes place in cities, the Panamanian Altoids have started organizing some fun mini-Carnivals to which everyone is invited. The basic premise is: dance or walk around in a circle and get soaked by the water truck, called la mojadera—you can see it in the background.
