Despite their undisciplined labor practices, the girls managed to clean and paint and decorate the casita in time for the long-anticipated arrival of their half-sister, Andrea—a poor soul living in the winter-wasteland of Michigan(!?!?), who loved the idea of staying in our small cabana.
