Oh, yeah! We ate our first bananas! I mean, our first home-grown bananas. Turns out you pick the bunch while it's still green, then hang it and let it age—turn yellow. Sure, they're small, but mighty tasty with a rich, creamy flavor. (TC froze most of them for our morning fruit drinks.)
