Our next excursion didn't prove any more successful, considering the goal: enjoying the view!?!? We left Ingaso in sunshine and with a view to the sea, but up top at the 3500 ft. level of Altos, we were enshrouded in wet, dripping clouds and buffeted by a very strong wind. Oh, and it was freezing!
