Due to TC's uncanny ability to find the right people, our "facilitator" and builder were the best in the valley: Charles Monaghan and Eleuterio Gutierrez (respectively). We were standing somewhere on our lot; even now I'm not sure where. The whole thing was one big forest of pine trees. And we were trying to select where to place the house!?!? I'm still amazed how well everything turned out...
